Isaac Levitan's "Early March"

Isaac Levitan was a Russian Impressionist of the early Impressionist Movement of the late 1800,s.

Born in 1860, Lithuania and died in Moscow in 1900, he was primarily an artist who promoted the beauty of the Russian landscape, especially the cold Russian winters. This one entitled "Early March" is one of his best known and one of his last paintings.
