"At Port Marly" inspired by Camille Pissarro's "The Banks of the Seine at Port Marly" 1871

Camille Pissarro was one of the original artists who initiated the Impressionist Movement along with Monet, Manet, Renoir, Sisley etc.

Born in the West Indies of Danish Parents, Pissarro eventually moved to Paris and later, London. His style embraced more use of color than his contemporaries.  I was inspired by his use of color and expressive brush strokes.
